Installation Guide

01

Joint Preparation

Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free of adhesive residue. Remove any spacers or debris.

02

Mix Components

Mix resin and hardener first (follow ratio on packaging), then gradually add filler while stirring continuously to achieve smooth, creamy consistency.

03

Application

Apply the mixed epoxy grout diagonally across joints using a grout float. Work in small sections and pack firmly into joints.

04

Tool Cleaning

Clean tools immediately with appropriate solvent while the grout is still workable. Do not allow epoxy to cure on tools.

05

Curing

Allow grout to cure for 24 hours before exposing to water or heavy traffic. Full chemical resistance achieved after 7 days.
